Coconut Oil 45.5 Grams

LYE is needed to create the soap without that it will be nothing
soap that is created with lye (which is all real soap) will do absolutely no harm to your skin
When lye reacts with oils, it creates surfactants, which are compounds that lower the surface tension of water, allowing soap to mix with oil and dirt. This makes soap effective for cleaning, as it can emulsify oils and dirt, allowing them to be rinsed away with water.
During saponification, glycerine is also produced as a by-product. Glycerine is a humectant, which means it helps attract moisture to the skin, making the soap more moisturizing.
